Step #1: Getting started
After creating your account with us (follow this link to set it up), you can begin by logging into your swimschoolPro account from a desktop/laptop, tablet, or mobile device.
Step #2: Add coaches and students/swimmers
After signing into SwimschoolPro, you have the ability to set up profiles for coaches, assign their levels (positions), and select the students according to their levels.
Step #3: Add program and description
Specify the program's name, its start and end dates, and indicate the enrollment capacity for this level and program, all in one space. Additionally, choose coaches for this particular level and select students who will participate in the program.
Step #4: Mapping the skills
Here is where the magic takes place. Craft the skills for each level that your coaches will be teaching to your clients. Additionally, pinpoint the crucial skills necessary for your swimmers to master in order to progress to the next level.
Step #5: Add report/assessments in real time
As soon as your coaches access SwimschoolPro on their devices, they are equipped to refine their skills using a versatile rubric, evaluate or tick off items using a tailored checklist, and monitor attendance and progress. Additionally, they have the capability to modify schedules, groups, and levels.
